Brushed Stainless Steel Sheet Grade 304 – Customisation Options

At Metal Offcuts, we supply brushed stainless steel sheet 304, (also known as DP1 finish stainless steel), with a range of customisation options for fabrication, architectural and interior design projects. Sheets can be supplied cut to size, laser cut to shape or fabricated to meet your exact requirements.

• Custom Cuts – Stainless steel sheets can be supplied cut to size in any quantity up to 2500mm × 1250mm.
• Custom Shapes – Our laser cutting service allows complex shapes and designs to be cut from stainless steel sheet. Simply send a DWG or DXF file for a quotation.
• Custom Fabrication – Our workshop provides fabrication and TIG welding services for brackets, panels and fabricated stainless steel components.
• Full Sheets Available – We can also supply full sheets of 304 brushed stainless steel up to 2500mm × 1250mm.

Typical stock thicknesses include 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 0.9mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 3.0mm.

Product Information

Brushed stainless steel sheet 304 is a decorative stainless steel finish widely used in architectural, commercial and interior applications. The brushed surface provides a modern satin appearance while maintaining the excellent corrosion resistance and durability of 304 stainless steel.

Typical uses include:

• Kitchen splashbacks and wall cladding
• Decorative trims and architectural panels
• Shopfitting and retail interiors
• Signage and display panels
• Interior design features and metal detailing

The sheet is supplied with a protective plastic film on the brushed face to prevent scratching during handling, fabrication and installation.

Grade 304 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for most indoor and many outdoor environments. Unlike 430 stainless steel, it is generally non-magnetic and provides improved resistance to rust and staining.
