At Metal Offcuts Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy below.

  1. Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

  1. Condition of Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  1. Custom & Cut-to-Size Items

Unfortunately, bespoke products and cut-to-size metal sheets are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  1. Return Process

We encourage customers to contact us by phone or email before returning an item. Many issues can be resolved quickly through discussion, avoiding unnecessary returns.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  1. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund within 2-3 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

  1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately via phone or email. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

  1. Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee.

  1. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Bespoke metalwork
  • Cut-to-size sheets
  1. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing speed.
