Galvanised steel is an incredibly tough and durable metal. It is widely used outdoors and does not need painting to maintain protection against the elements. Galvanised sheet can be cut, punched and folded without losing it protective properties.

Hot dip galvanised steel sheet has excellent corrosion resistance, it can be painted or left bare.

When fixing any galvanised components outdoor be sure to use galvanised fixings, mild steel rusts and stains the galvanising.
